No more pencils...

Haven't got out much lately and it's a shame too
because the weather has been spectacular. I will not be
swayed by the rays of dappled sunlight tempting
me from my window. No! Not me. I am hunkered
down in my studio, painting until the wee hours of the
morning because I've only got one more week until...
singing in my best Alice Cooper voice...
School's out for summer!
The excitement is building here in the Valeriote home
as we prepare for many significant milestones.
So until then, it's back to the studio for me.
NOTE TO SELF: make sure paint is dry on fingers
before typing on keyboard.

Love the dress on this cute little pumkin!

LOL...I hear you on the painted fingers...I did that last night with glitter glue! I've been working on a Halloween ornament and once I placed the glue glitter on there she was done...but of course somehow I touched it by mistake and when I went to type on my key board...wa-la! Orange glitter on a few letters...LOL It came off rather easy once it was dried though....phew!!

Hugs...

A totally magical figure. Really super. I suppose when school's out there will be other figures running around getting into things. Good luck!

I don't know ... the thought of random paint splatters on a keyboard actually appeals to my mind today. :)

Hello Melissa! School IS out for the summer! :) Yippee! You know, when working in my studio... not only the keyboard, but my clothes, hair, etc. are usually covered in paint and glitter! There's something to be said for creativity!!! It's a given that we become a mess while doing what we love, huh?! :)
