crosshatched drawings...oh be still my
beating heart. The Gashlycrumb Tinies by
Edward Gorey was the first of many twisted
tales to inspire and entertain me throughout
the years.
Mr Gorey is the subject of the EHAG Art Challenge

I've been an Edward Gorey fan for years! I was first attracted to his work when his illustrated animations were on a PBS program...I was hooked. I love your framed head...I think Mr. Gorey would be proud!!!

Awesome! Gorey is the reason I became an illustrator. Pen and ink is my favorite medium.
He's awesome, Melissa! The Gashleycrumbs are on my coffee table too.. I'm so happy EG put his dark thoughts in print.. for the rest of us to enjoy.. heehee
