Mischief and Mayhem

Today is the beginning of May, also know as
May Day. This much overlooked holiday is
celebrated in a variety of ways depending on
where you are from. Over the years I have
celebrated this day by dancing around May poles,
marching in parades and hanging baskets of
flowers on doors of unsuspecting neighbors.
I think it's time to spice up this holiday a bit
with a Halloween twist...don't you?
Join me in a month long celebration of
MISCHIEF AND MAYhem MONDAYS.
Come back on THE 4TH for details of a special
fun-filled Halloween Blog Party Giveaway.

Don't forget to check out my newly listed
Spiderweb Crowns

Tangled Webs and Mother's Day

April comes to an end later this week and
then it's on into May where the hunt for the
perfect Mother's Day gift begins. Being the eternal
Holiday planner that I am, I was thinking that I
might be able to help you out with a little gift
suggestion for your Mom that I'm pretty sure she
doesn't already have... a glittery Spider Web Crown.
Now, I know what you're thinking and I agree.
Yes, it IS a brilliant idea. Give it some time,
mull it over a bit then come back here on May 1st
to find out how to purchase these treasures.

A long time coming

Boo!

New Halloween treats available in ETSY!
Oh my goodness...this was just one of those weeks.
I've been wanting to sit down and write
this post since Monday and here it is already Friday.
The good news is I've been very productive in my studio
finishing up several new Halloween pieces. The bad
news is my daughter has my camera so I won't be
able to post any new photos nor list any new pieces
in my shop until Monday.
Got a few fun things planned for the month of MAYhem
for all you FANTASTICAL FOLLOWERS so stay tuned!

Ghost Town

No one here but us Ghosts!
Little spooks and spirits will be roaming
the halls this week at the Valeriote manor
due to the fact that it's occupants will be
frolicking around the countryside enjoying the
greatly anticipated Spring break. I'll be returning
in a couple of days with some frightful news.

Works in Progress

My oh my! Over committed once again.
Mr. Wizard, I could sure use that time traveling
machine right about now.

Black Magic

I've teamed up with my youngest daughter
ELENA, to create a new line of Halloween
gift cards. Besides being the love of my life,
Elena is a brilliantly gifted writer. Her tone
setting couplets were the inspiration for these
slightly macabre gift cards.
Available in my ETSY shop.
